I call this new song Jeffs2Blue

Well finally got around to recording a song using the new Roland BR1600CD. Still have not figured out how to get the drum loop to play longer than the 2 minutes 36 seconds that it has yet but that is good since the song was short enough for me to download it to Reverb Nation with out cutting it. After selecting the Blues drum pattern and the hip hop drum set I laid down a slow blues bass background on my trusty Dean bass.It only took a few takes to get that to where I decided to go with it. I then laid down some guitar on my mahogany les Paul using the classic british blues setting on my Boss GT10 pedal board. The guitar track took quite a while to get fairly clean but still could use a little work on my picking skills. Finally added just a touch of vocals suing the COSM vocal effects on the BR1600 set to Bullhorn but then tweaking the compression and delay. If you like the BLUES you probably will enjoy this song!
